I just tried with IE-11 and Edge, and I'm able to get into my email OK with both of them, although Edge was really slow. I'm going to escalate this to the forum admins for follow-up.
Hello telephony11. I also tried to duplicate an issue with XFINITY Connect email and am not able to duplicate the issue. Can you confirm you have turned off the compatibility view settings in your browser?

I started having the same issue, cannot access my Xfinity email using IE11, it keeps saying I need IE 11 or edge , I made sure there is nothing listed in the compatibility mode. I tried the suggested site https://xfinityconnect.mail.comcast.net
I am able to use Chrome, something to note though I lost everyone in my address book when using Chrome.
