The attachment didn't open, and it's just as well it didn't. Did the Xfinity verified email logo appear in the message header? If not it's not a legitimate message from Comcast. See here----------------
Didn't show up here, either, and as mentioned before, it's just as well. Comcast won't send you an email like that.

It is indeed bogus. It's a phishing email, a scammer attempt to steal login and account information. If you check your email with Comcast's Xfinity Connect webmail, look for the XFINITY Verified Email logo next to any message that claims to be from Comcast/Xfinity (see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/comcast-verified-email).
