My Comcast email is acting up. When I try to rename a folder, I get a red circle with line obliquely through it, and the app seizes up. I am also unable to add new folders or sub folders any more (I get the same red circle and seizing). What could be causing this? Solution?

I was unable to get a response in the Forum (only waited 20 minutes).
I tried to "Chat" and call Comcast through the website. Totally impossible and a waste of time.
I had the Comcast service telephone number. I called then directly. Two technicians were ultimately successful (they "reset" my account, apparently necessary due to a system upgrade).
Bottom line: Call Comcast directly!
