Do you mean all the folders are missing on the left side of the Inbox page? If so, see it this sorts it out for you-----------------------
I was able to restore my email in box and folders to appear along with the emails in my in box. Now what I am trying to do is upload the emails in my folders to an external storage drive. Can you help?
To do that you really need to enable the account in a desktop email client like Outlook or Thunderbird. Or, you can save emails as a .eml file to the drive or your computer. To do that open the email and in the toolbar click on the "hamburger" icon to the right. In the drop-down you will see the option to save the file.
