Your mailbox size has reached 100% of your quota.

You will not be able to receive any new messages unless you delete some old ones.

I continue to receive this email log into Comcast to dleete messages and they go nowhere receive same message a week later.

Now receiveing allkinds of wierd spam

Are you saying that when you try to delete a message it isn't deleting, but staying in your Inbox?  Is your Trash folder full?  Are you able to delete emails from Trash?

First I would check to see if you are actually at your maximum storage;  On the Inbox page click on the gear icon in the upper right corner.  In the drop-down, the last item is your usage meter.  What does it say?  The limit is 10 Gb--------that is an awful lot of emails.
