When I click on my individual emails to see the body of the message, all I see is the rotating circle. The body of the email doesn't appear and eventually times out. I have tried this on the Xfinity app directly as well as on Outlook. Please help!!
I am in Sterling MA. I have not had access to my email since 4:49pm on February 15, 2018. My whole business is run via my Comcast account--you are literally crippling me and my business. When can we expect service to be restored?
