No email service since 4:50 pm EST. Server times out and no live chat available. Can't contact anyone at Comcast, horrible problems with email lately and I even pay for Blast Internet. Don't know why I'm paying $250 a month for such lousy service, I must be a fool.
Okay whatever Comcast Nicole...... Email still out in Southern NJ! No notification, and no answers.... I pay $250 a month for crappy service, and when you are even so much as a day late you want to charge me! I may find another provider after this! I am sick of Comcast and their crappy service!!!!!!
If you noticed, this thread was from December and thecomcast rep's reply was also in December for an issue back then.
The issue going on now is the email service appears to be down systemwide.
