I have been getting the following error message for over 3 and 1/2 hours while trying to access my email account. What is the issue, is this something with your server or a probem on my end, and how do I resolve?
Pop up box says "Unable to connect to mail server. Possible reasons: The mail server is (temporarily) down or there are network connection problems. Please try again in a few minutes."
I'm having the same issue and getting the exact same error message. Can't load inbox from xfinity connect app on iphone and also can't load inbox when using a browser. Did online chat, ran through basic trouble shooting and was told that they would escalate my ticket and it could take 48-72 hours to respond.
