Email View

After repllying to an email, the view in my list no longer shows the original sender of the email instead replacing it with my name.   Not only does it make it difficult to search for the original email, but when located and opened, it doesn't easily show the content.   Incredibly frustrating....

How are you accessing the email?  With a computer using the webmail interface and a browser?  Or something else?

Ok, thanks for letting me know. How are you accessing your mail? Are you using the Xfinity Connect App, or are you using the My Account Portal?
