With regards to my earlier post (SW FL - EMAIL TOTALLY DOWN) -- I just got off the phone with a Comcast CSR who just received a note from management saying the email issues have not been resolved and are continuing at this time. You may or may not be able to get an incoming email; outgoing emails show up in sent box but you don't know if the recipients are getting them; if you send an email to yourself, you might not get it at all or it may be severely delayed. The Comcast CSR says there's no ETA on a fix but she did put in a ticket number.
With all due respect -- it would be nice if a Comcast Moderator would keep tabs on this issue and post updates to help cut down on the flood of calls going to the CSRs. The responses that the problem has been fixed are not accurate at this time. If I could find this out with a phone call, I would think a moderator would be able to check the status as well.
