We recently discovered that emails from a Credit Union and an Investment firm were blocked. Was Comcast involved in this? Was there a change of any kind made?
We've been getting emails from these 2 firms for quite a while and were informed by postal mail that they had been blocked somehow.
Any ideas? Comments?

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
