ComcastZach told us of a national issue with the e-mail system and I understand that. However, it's been two full day's without service and I wanted to find out when or if we can expect it to come back online. A chat with the customer service was a joke. What outage? was their first question. So that led to my quick termination of the call. Anyway, does any Comcast employee have any information when the e-mail will be back up? Friends across my state (Oregon) report they are still without service.
