When composing a new e-mail or replying to an e-mail an attachment automatically shows. The attachment is MY DOCUMENTS file. How can I disattach this file from my compose e-mail screen?
I don't think all your files are attached. It sounds like you're clicking on the word Attachments which opens your files so you can choose which to attach. See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/attach-files-xfinity-connect.
If you do actually have files attached, click the little arrow, and then the trash can to the right of the file you want to remove.
