How do I create a link within the body of an e-mail I am sending?

Re: E-MAIL

Copying/pasting a link from a browser or wherever you're getting it from should work.  You might need to be composing your emails with HTML turned on from the Outlook client.  From Xfinity Connect, typing the link, e.g. http://xfinity.comcast.net should be received, by whoever is getting your email, as an active link.

Click the insert link icon on the toolbar. It'll open a box for inserting a link.

Re: E-MAIL

All depends on what email client is being used.  What is it and on what device?

Re: E-MAIL

Actually the "OK" button at the bottom would not place the link into e-mail body. That's why I wondered if there was some other way to do so.

After you add the link in the URL box, you also have to click in the text to display box. Try that, it should work.
