When I try to access my e-mail via the desktop icon, it does not register. It says my I-Cloud is up and running fine, but it alerts me to the e-mail exchange server not connected. I've reset the modum, powered down all devices with no success. Any thoughts?
How are you accessing the email; on a computer using only a browser and the webmail interface, or a desktop client or what? If you try to sign into your account using only a browser and the webmail, are you getting to the Inbox page?
