Draft content not loading

Draft content not loading

An email saved to the draft folder is not reloading after I minimized the window. The behavior is the same on my iPad and the web brower on another computer. The email appears but the spinning icon where the content should be is just sits there. How to I retrieve the email contents?

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.  You could also try refreshing the page.
