I thought my email accounts were safe with Comcast which is the reason I pay the outragous monthly fees. Imagine my shock to find a very precious photo taken of my Mom who died about 4 months ago has been deleted. Some bells and whistles to your customers would have been nice so those of us that needed to coild have scrambled to try and say the most important emails!
