I am using MS Outlook 2007 in IMAP. Until recently, when I deleted messages, they would remain in the Inbox on the desktop with the Subject lined through. I could hide them by choosing "Hide Items Marked for Deletion", but also bring them back to the desktop by selecting "Group Items Marked for Deletion". A few months ago, the deleted messages began disappearing when I close Outlook. They are not not in any of the Deleted Items folders on the Outlook desktop, nor are they in the Trash or Deleted Items folders in my Xfinity website email account. Any idea how I can keep the emails deleted from the MS Outlook 2007 desktop?
