Like many forum members, we were without Comcast E-Mail for several day's in February. In my case, it was 10 day's and Advance Support could not restore my e-mail for that period. Worked great since.......... On Saturday PM (03/03/18) my E-Mail once again shut down, and we have not been able to receive or send. Area outages shows no issue, and support has said no issues reported.
Before this post, I did check with a couple of other Comcast subscriber buddy's, and they too have the same issue. We live in Salem, Ore.
Perhaps a ADMIN. person could respond with some information regarding the issue?
