A customer has been trying to reset her password to my company's site (zenevate.com). The customer is not receiving the email in her inbox or spam. Other users are receiving it just fine. It seems that other comcast.net customers also have issues. Can you please help? Our domain is zenevate.com and the password reset email is coming from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please help. We've made our system secure enough that employees can't see or manipulate users' passwords, so this password reset is the only recourse aside from remembering the password!!
your email server has no A/MX records. Once you set that up, the emails should flow through just fine.
