Community Forum e-mails are not being delivered

Regular Visitor e-mails are not being delivered

@ComcastAntiSpamWhen we send e-mails to our customers with a e-mail, they do not receive our correspondence. We do not receive a bounce back notice, they just disappear. Can you please provide guidance.
