Comcast is not forwarding my emails. When I logged into Comcast to ask why, it said my phone wasn't working (it was). The rep went and reset my router anyway. Had to wait another 15 minutes for phone and internet to come back online. Now, my other email account says they cannot recognize me, even though I have the same user name and password to log in. Every time my router is reset I have a delay getting my non-Comcast email account verified. Why is this?
