Changed to Comcast's latest/greatest modem and can't access my Address Book. ALL else works except the Address "button". Anyone have have a clue how to fix? Comcast can't seem to fix it after many calls and hours on the phone!!
I can't either. And changes in address book don't show up for a long time or never show up. But, I found that I can access it through my Android tablet (nougat) using Chrome and everything there is fine--even the changes. But, my Windows 7 and 10 computers using Chrome don't give me access or changes. So, it might be a problem with Windows and the address book.
