I am trying to find out who to contact regarding an issue that's been going on for at least the last month. Emails from my G Suite domain (weiskopf.me) are not being delivered to comcast.net addresses, including my own. In their logs, G Suite marks the message as delivered, but it never reaches the recipient. Nor are the emails in the Spam folder. They seem to simply vanish somewhere leaving Google's servers. Emails are received by all recipients without comcast.net email addresses, which points to Comcast as the common denominator. I have verified that my domain is not listed on any public blocklist. I am not receiving any return error message from Comcast's MX servers. My domain has SPF/DKIM/DMARC set up. I have seen this same issue reported here before and straightened out by an employee working out of the ComcastAntiSpam account (http://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Email-Web-Browsing/Comcast-blocking-G-Suite-Domain-Who-to-contact/td-p/...).
Any suggestions that someone could give on who to contact regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.
wow, we both posted an email about a similar problem almost at the same time! I am having a similar issue with Comcast blocking emails from the @messaging.microsoft.com domain. It seems emails to @comcast.net addresses from this domain are simply disappearing. The only difference between our problems is your emails are coming from your personal domain, whereas ours are coming from an MS domain. At this point we are leaning towards the theory that Comcast has an extremely strict "spam" policy on their mail servers. What is frustrating is we get no indication as to why the messages are blocked. They simply disappear.

If an employee doesn't help you here, Comcast Security Assurance should be able to. Give them a call at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.
The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
We are experiencing the same thing. our domain is goenchanted.com. We use G Suite and @comcast.net users are not receiving our emails. Please help!
