I am trying to find out who to contact regarding an issue that I started having a few weeks ago. My emails from my google apps domain, piedmontpub.com are not being delivered to comcast.net addresses, including my own. They are just vanishing into thin air. The emails are showing as delivered on G Suite and are being delivered to everyone in the world except comcast.net addreses. I have contacted google business support and they have extensively researched this issue and determined that the problem is on the comcast end. The emails are being delivered to the comcast servers, but are not reaching the customer. They are not in trash or spam folders. I have verified that my domain is not listed on any public blocklist. I am not receiving any return error message from Comcast's MX servers. This same issue has been reported here before and sometimes a comcast employee has been able to help over it.
I am having the same issue with the domain paulistcenter.org.
Have gone through all of the steps: added SPF, DKIM, DMARC, checked blacklists etc.
Sometimes emails will go through sometimes they won't. Please help!
I'd be happy to review this further. It's not a problem that you messaged me, but in the future, please refrain from reaching out directly through a private message. By sending unsolicited private messages to our Official Employees, you are inadvertently violating our forums guidelines. We recommend that each customer create your own public thread without your account information and details of the issue or experience you may be having. Doing so will auto-open a ticket in our system, and we can assist you in the order your request was received.
I have a few pieces of information I will need to gather and will be requesting them in your private message. Chat with you soon.
I can review the ticket that was created for you. Please send me a private message by clicking on my name, "ComcastChe" then click private message me. In the body of this message please verify your first and last name, street address including city state and zip code, and the account number or phone number associated with your services. You can also include the ticket number you were assigned for your issues.
Thanks for clarifying. Can you please reach out and provide the requested information in a private message so I can look into this?
