Firstly, for the last couple of weeks, and immediately following the release of the new, email interface, emails keep disappearing from my Inbox at my Primary Account. They arrive... and usually within a few hours, they are gone.
Secondly, neither of my Secondary Accounts has ever been accessible from my Primary Account login. The posted message I get when selecting either of my Secondary Accounts is: "Sorry, this account is temporarily unavailable. We're working on fixing the problem now."
I have addressed this issue on three different occasions; twice on 'Comcast Email Ticket #CR264746987 with Live-Online Chat and once via telephone.
