Saw a thread on here from a while ago about a similar subject, so hopefully this is the place to get this resolved. We have a Gsuite domain, icona.com, that is unable to send emails to comcast emails. They don't even show up in spam, there is just nothing. i checked Spamhaus and it says that icona.com is not there. Is there a way to get this resolved?

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
