I cannot access my comcast email account. It comes up but the format is all messed up. It only shows a tiny little
strip of my inbox. It looks like a jigsaw puzzle. I can't read, answer or do anything. I've tried to go out & get back in but
Also, there is no EMAIL listed as a problem to click on for help & support! I chose a couple & they asked if I've tried
to trouble shoot the problem. You can't move past that. It's a dead end. I'm not a happy customer. I need to
speak to someone about the email set up that isn't working correctly.
Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
