Did you check your Spam folder to see if it's going there? If not, call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that sender---------------

While you are waiting, did you try getting the email you want using some other email account you have like Yahoo or Outlook.com or something?
Same issue here. I have the same email account as when I originally set up My Space. It is the password I am trying to reset and have not received the email to do so and have disabled spam filters.
