Can't send to comcast.net email accounts (any) from G Suite

Can't send to comcast.net email accounts (any) from G Suite

When sending from gmail (G Suite for non-profits),  users with comast emails do not receive anything.  I do not receive any bounce back message and have tested this with my own personal comcast email account.  I also checked the blacklists for our domain, and it's clean.   


Domain:  whatiffoundation.org 

 

Can you help?  This seems to have been going on since we switched to G Suite for non-profits.  (not 100% sure about this).

Are they going to the Spam folder?  If not, you need to call Comcast security to see if there is a blocking issue for that domain-------------------

They are not going to the spam folder.  I'll call the Security number and provide an update to this thread.
