Same issue with XFINITY Connect after trying multiple browsers. Receive following message in Inbox - "Error: Failed to load messages Retry"
Same issue....message says that it is timing out as it can't connect with the remote server. Any word Comast on when this will be fixed?
Having same problem with loading email no matter which browser or device (pc, iphone, ipad) I try. Has been an intermittent problem affecting some emails on some days ever since launch of new email format. Tried to access chat line, but chat box won't open either. I have also noticed that copy/paste function for body of email doesn't work properly either. Subject and address boxes work properly, but have to use control plus v keys to copy/paste for email content.
