I am unable to connecty to my Xfinity mail account on my home PC. Running Windows 10. Tried different browsers, all are at current update. Just keep getting a message that the logon page can't be found or doesn't exist. I have access from my phone; just not from the desktop.
Alternate link does not work once loaded (clicking on mail icon).
At times I get from Chrome: "Connection Reset" - I would think if my work was blocking the webpage I would get a nastier message from within. Started yesterday morning. Also get "Connection Error - the service is not available right now". My iPhone is fine using Apple mail (your app is clunky).
Are you trying to access the email from a work computer? Can you access it OK from your home connection? Do you have an IT admin at your workplace you can talk to if this is a work situation?
