I have 2 e-mail addresses working through Outlook 2016 POP3 comcast.net. 1 works fine not problems at all.
The other same configuration and can send through outlook but not receive e-mail.
So I changed configuration parameters. no luck
Installed account in outlook on another PC: still can not receive e-mail on that account, can e-mail send but not receving.
Works fine on android phone.
Has me totally stumped on that one
Question-------for the account in question, if you use only the webmail UI and your browser, can you send and receive normally?
Have you made any changes in your email recently like did you change your password recently? If you say so, please update account information in your outlook. Or try to change email ports 465 or 587.
