Blank support page by Firefox 57.0

Blank support page by Firefox 57.0

When I try to access support page by Firefox 57.0, there is just a blank page, the application doesn't load success as Chrome.

Do somebody know what happen?

What support page are you referring to?  Do you mean a Comcast support page while you are using Firefox, or the support pages for Firefox or what?

When I click the "support" as link https://www.xfinity.com/support/?CMP=ILC_support_xfinityforum_re,

the page should show the common solutions. But there is nothing there.33GwRl4

OK now I see what you mean.  I'm on a Mac, and I get the same thing you see when I try with the latest version of Firefox.  Using either Chrome or Safari I get the whole page that is supposed to be there.  So it must be a FF specific issue.  I'll alert Comcast about this.

As I write this I am getting the entire page using FF ver 57.0.4.

Yes. My Chrome and Edge are working fine, just the lastest Firefox has this issue.

Not so far.  I expect maybe a day or two.

Do you have any extensions running with Firefox?  There has been issues with LastPass extension where it caused issues with some of the underlying code in the support page.

Yes!

You are right! After disable Lastpass, I can get a full function page.

But the Lastpass is still a useful extension for anyone~~
