I have tried several times today to change my "prefered email" in my account. The first 4 times I tried, no email was sent to my new prefered email. evetually it did send the email, but when I went through the process, the system would not accept my "prefered email" password and consequently the Authenitaction failed. See attachment. Anyone know how to solve this?
I'm just guessing here but-----are you trying to use the same address on more than one account in Comcast? For the preferred one? Did you try with some other email address you have that's not already in use by you and is not another Comcast address?
