When Xfinity implemented the new format of the home page, etc. my address book suddenly turned up many duplicates of the same name and email address, some up to 15 duplicates. How do I get rid of the duplicates?
Short of manually deleting them one at a time, there is no de-duping feature in the new format. So I'm going to escalate this to the forum admins for follow up. You should see a response here in this thread.
ejhester, Latoque is correct. There isn't a button that removes duplicates but I can look to see if there is something on the back end that is causing the issue. Please send me a private message with your full name and phone number for help.
