i am trying to open account settings but it is not getting open. everytime giving message as try again later.

Sign out of the account and back in again.  If that doesn't work----------------


Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.  It could be a problem with the account, but you need to eliminate the browser as the problem first.
