2nd Level Support Status of my ticket



Second level support had created a ticket to investigate why emails from my personal domain were being flagged as spam and rejected or severly delayed forwarding into my comcast mailbox.


Can you please look into ticket # NA250188007 to let me know if they have whilelisted my domain and hosting company as I still am having the issue.

ralfo72, appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your email concerns. The ticket number you've provided is a ticket linked to our customer security assurance team. They are the only team that has access to that ticking system and the best team to help resolve those issues. Please reach back out to them so they can assist you with next steps.
