Yard sign needed

Yard sign needed

The technician never left a yard sign and I’m being told I will need to pay to get one. Why would I pay because someone didn’t do their job? I’m simply trying to promote safety and Comcast services. Any help for this ridiculously simple request?

Did this ever get resolved?  I'm seeing a lot of posts that the techs don't bring signs then Comcast tries to charge for a tech to come back out and install them which they should have done in the first place.

I was seriously considering getting this service but seeing such poor customer service and execution is really making me hesitate using Comcast to protect my home.

My suggestion is to call XHome services and see what they say about your signs.
