Installer didn't have any and said he would drop them by but never did. I called today and after getting through to an agent was told I would need to order from the online store and then call and request a bill credit. The problem is I can find where I can order the yard signs but window decals are not an option. How do I get the decals? Right now, a burglar would have no clue my home is alarmed until after they have forced their way in and the alarm goes off.

Hi barnyard021, if you need extra decals or yard signs you would have to purchase them. In this case since yard signs and window decals are included with installation there would be no additional charge for them.

Hi Apascarelli, I understand that going into a Comcast service center to get these stickers is not ideal but the information that the signs will be given at the point of install is correct. The best options is to go to a store and pick some up there, it's rare that they don't have any on hand but it is possible that they could be all out.
