Where can I find an RJ45 pinout for the XCam?

I am trying to locate a diagram to assist me in adding a new RJ45 to my XCam cable.

Did you ever find the pinout if not does anyone have that information.

The pinout is standard T-568B RJ-45 pinout.  I just extended my camera.  There may be a distance limitation as a 100ft cable didn't want to work.
