We are having trouble logging you in

I’m about to go on vacation and I can’t turn on my security system because it keeps saying this message every time I try to log in on my app or the website. PLEASE help!!

Have you been able to turn it on previously?  I sometimes have to close my iPhone app and restart it to get it connected.
