System arming by keypad and then touchscreen multiple times while away.

For the past few days, as I leave the house, I arm the system with the keypad. When I look at my notifications it is showing multiple "Arms" throughout the day. The first one being the one that I actually did, and then a few via the touchscreen. I know that there is nobody in the house to re-arm the alarm via the touchscreen. Why is the system re-arming itself multiple times?

I’m having a similar issue, mine is happening at night/early morning and it’s terrifying. Did you ever get a response?

Tyefeeling, this is concerning. We'll want to run diagnostics on the Touchscreen and also check that the firmware is up to date. If you're having issue with this, please send me a private message with your full name. Click my name and then on the next page, you'll see an option to send me a private message on the top right hand side.
