For the past few days, as I leave the house, I arm the system with the keypad. When I look at my notifications it is showing multiple "Arms" throughout the day. The first one being the one that I actually did, and then a few via the touchscreen. I know that there is nobody in the house to re-arm the alarm via the touchscreen. Why is the system re-arming itself multiple times?
Hello jmorrison0518, are you being notified through the app? Do you see the same information when you login to your portal online?
This same thing happened to us last night and it was very concerning. Has there been anything found on this?
The system was armed stay then all of a sudden aremed itself stay.
