Lost Contact with the door sensors AGAIN

I have had xfinity home for just over a month and every day there is another problem todays issue the door sensors are not working again.. the last time I called support I was told to call my alarm company for help... so since the people answering your phones cant answer my questions and are not my alarm company who can answer my questions and who is my alarm company... your  app dosnt work the key pad works sometimes... and now no door sensors..
