My xfinity home security system touch screen keep alarming a signal interference. I've had 2 technician come out and check out the sensors function,replace the touch screen but i keep getting this alarm. This event occurs when the system is armed or disarmed. This problem started after 1-6-2018 with no prior trouble of this nature.Going into the advance setting menu and rebooting the touch screen,clears up the signal interference alarm for a while but then it comes back.Today 1-20-2018 i moved the touch screen to a different location closer to the modem.Hopefully this will resolve this head ache.
C-Mac-D, did moving the touch screen work? Do you have the latest update?
