I'm being told to reset my security touchpad.  Problem is that I have no power to my touch pad.

My touchpad is plugged into a wall socket; is that true for yours?

Yes it is plugged into a regular elec socket. Power is fine at the socket.

I’ve reset my router per the instructions and still nothing on the screen.

Are you saying the touchpad is blank?  Have you checked the back to make sure the power is plugged in all the way?
