Home Security Monitor

I lost my internet connection several times last night and the monitor for the security system does not have a picture.  On the bottom of the screen it says that it is in sleep mode.  THe system is working just not the monitor.  How to I get the picture to return?

Whenever I have an issue with my XHome system, I always call them first.

Reset system.
Turn off wait a minute then turn back on.
