Connecting to Uverse Internet with Xfinity Home Touch Screen

I just upgraded my Uverse internet after dropping Comcast(except for me 3 year Xfinity Home contract) some time ago. I was able to setup my Xfinity home security touch screen the first time, but seem to be struggling with the new upgrade. It appears there is no longer an option on my touch screen that allows for an ethernet connection, as was a previous option. Is anyone else running into this? Can you help with a solution. I basically just need to find a way to connect my touch screen to the new wifi password. Thanks.

I'm thinking that if you don't have Comcast for Internet, it would mean that you would have to have a Netgear Security Router that the Touchscreen would need to connect to through WiFi. The Netgear Security router needs to be connected to your own router or gateway via Ethernet.

When you upgraded your Internet service, did you get a new router or gateway? Is it possible that the Security Router just needs to hooked up to that new device?

Yea i received a new gateway, i just cant find out on my touchscreen where i can comnect to and enter the new wifi password. There used to be an option to connect the touchscreen through ethernet to the gateway but it does not give that option anymore.

As referenced above you need a Tech installed Netgear router.
