Chime not working when door opens, what's wrong..... How can I fix it?

Mine just stopped working too. Rebooted the touchscreen twice. Checked settings, which weren't changed anyway. Everything is correct, but no luck fixing the chime.

I am having the same issue. It started a few weeks and all my settings are correct, nothing was changed but the chime is gone from the hub. There is no contact information for support and my internet is all messed up too. I am so disappointed with comcast right now.
