I am using the home mobile app on my phone, when I click on add a device, then xfinity camera when I hit the + sign, I get an error message. Comcast support suggested removing the app and re-download the app from the store. It hasn't been fixed. Aren't these new cameras wireless?
Any assistance would be great. As we had a scheduled appointment for a technician to come out and they canceled due to shortage of workers calling in today.
